Update: Please see our new Christchurch address. We're not on 58 Durham Street South, Canterbury Pacific Highway in Christchurch anymore. SECOND HAND GEAR Do you sell second hand clothes & accessories? No. We only sell second hand hardware; boots, bindings, boards and skis. How old is our second hand gear? No older than five seasons. If it’s older than that it will be heavily discounted. The gear we sell you is gear we want back as part of our second hand xchange. What if my second hand gear doesn’t fit right? We want the very best for our customers. We are so committed we will let you ride the gear for a day after purchase, if it’s just not right bring it in, we will talk to you about the gear and the fit. Sometimes just a little adjustment or education can help. If it is a disaster again, no problem! As long as you haven’t damaged the gear we will give you something taller, shorter, bigger, smaller, softer or stiffer to try. Don’t get stuck with gear that just isn’t right. Pay for piece of mind. What’s your refund policy on second hand gear? n every instance possible Snow Xchange Ltd adheres to the guidelines set out by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Snow Xchange Ltd is not required to refund money for items ‘sold on behalf’. All second-hand items are sold on an ‘as is’ basis and buyer accepts responsibility for this and will choose accordingly. Snow Xchange acts as an agent for selling, and although we do our best to check any items for sale, any fault or claim against the item(s) must be taken up with the owner, not Snow Xchange Ltd. Although not obligated to do so, Snow Xchange will do its best to repair or replace any item with an item similar, or a credit notes will be issued where appropriate in a timely manner. Any failure of second-hand items is not the responsibility of Snow Xchange Ltd, or the Manufacturer. Any known faults with gear must be demonstrated to Snow Xchange under the Agreement of Sale. Demonstration of these known faults will be demonstrated to the consumer when possible upon purchase. Ultimate responsibility for inspection of second-hand items lies with the purchaser. The purchaser must be happy with the condition of any items upon purchase. If claim is sought, the details of the previous owner of the gear will only be given when a legitimate claim can be made. Where do we get our second hand gear? We have two main sources for our gear: Switzerland: We travel to Switzerland each year and hand pick gear that is a season old from our trusty supplier. We check the cores, bases and bindings. Our gear arrives in immaculate condition. Buying from Switzerland allows us to carry a constant stock of quality used gear in a wide range of sizes, brands and styles at huge discounts that would not normally be possible. New Zealand: We sell a lot of gear that you, our customers bring into us. If it is of a high standard it goes in our Xchange Programme. If it i

Bad
“Wouldn't go near this smooth talking truth twisting chap ever again..worst operator I've delt with in the 15 year's here in That's a minus 1*”
Incompetent, disorganised and conceited
“Absolutely abysmal service. Doesn't listen and is very disorganised. Appears to have no administrative support so you'll be paying her excessive hourly rate so she can type poorly written emails and double book your appointments. I realise that she already has a poor reputation in Nelson (and now NZ) but my review is entirely based on her substandard service which is, quite frankly, unprofessional. AVOID at all costs.”
Outstanding life changing practitioner
“I found Ange after the public system had been trying to prescribe me anti depressants to cope with life at home with 2 babies under 20 months. Ange’s accurate diagnosis of rushing mother’s syndrome followed by a thorough life plan , stopped me having to go down a pharmaceutical route. And within 6 weeks of following her tonics and lifestyle plan I was nearly back to normal . Thank you Ange”
