“So i ask for help to pay my debt. Man must know my phone number. I refuse request and ask for another way to identify myself apparently there is no other way to help me. Address is not an option so they cant find you even though they sent you a debt to you. I explained you didnt have the phone number to send the mail. And why do i wantyou to have my number. Packaging stuck to the berley. Hands smelt like berley. Rubbish harder to contain because it comes off in little pieces and I cannot contain the flow of barley like the old method. So much more rubbish. Why would you change what's not broken.”

After making a correction to my address, NZ Post was still failing to deliver the items. When I went to P&C for help, they took the side of the courier company rather than see the problem for what it was - a now correct address but still no delivery or means to collect the items. This is terrible customer service, and using NZ Post is asking for trouble. Shop elsewhere.”
