Welcome to Deaf Aotearoa NZ, your beacon of hope and support in Auckland and beyond. Established with a vision for a vibrant, inclusive New Zealand, we've been at the heart of the Deaf community for many years, fostering connections and championing rights. Our journey began as an organisation dedicated to Hauora, or well-being, for all members of the Deaf and hard of hearing community. From employment support to youth services, first signs classes, advocacy, and information and resources on Deaf Culture and New Zealand Sign Language (NZSL), we've been there every step of the way. Our iSign Interpreting Service is more than just a language bridge; it's a symbol of our commitment to ensure that everyone in the Deaf community can communicate effectively, breaking down barriers and opening up opportunities. We believe in empowering individuals, and we do this by nurturing their skills, knowledge, and confidence. At Deaf Aotearoa NZ, we don't just serve a community; we are part of it. We celebrate the uniqueness of the Deaf culture, embracing its values and traditions. Our doors are always open, whether you're seeking information, guidance, or a friendly conversation. Our passion drives us to advocate for the rights of the Deaf community, ensuring that their voices are heard and respected in all spheres of life. We strive to create a world where every individual, regardless of their hearing ability, can thrive and contribute fully. So, whether you're part of the Deaf community or an ally, we invite you to join us on this journey. Together, let's build a more inclusive Aotearoa New Zealand where everyone can sign, listen, and belong. Welcome to Deaf Aotearoa NZ - your home in the heart of Auckland.

Excellent Service
“Speedy, reasonably priced and very skilled - unlike the clowns who “repaired” my exhaust 6 months previously. Thanks Leigh!”
Bad
“Experienced problem with their plastering work, contacted them to ask for repair. For last 4 months they have failed to answer emails, texts and phone calls. Therefore cannot recommend them.”
