“I was getting broad band from a telco.paid bill for 2 years even tho broadband would drop out weekly,my son would call them regularly complaining,wen 2 year contract finished changed suppliers(goes perfect now)wen contacted by credit consultants for 1 month bill,I told them of service issues and asked them to contact the telco and he would see all the phone calls(recorded 4 training purposes) my son had made to them about issues for 2 years..they told me that was my job andi will still have 2pay”
