“Absolutely appalling, no engagment with famly or updates on her health, 3 admissions to hospital due to lack of nursing expertise and diagnosis. No notification to family re these incidents. Wouild never recommend it, in fact have posted on Facebook to Dun edin citizens never to use this facility, this was backed up by audits reports and written in such a way that it would not be deemed slanderous or libelous in any way.”

“This lady is bad news , you think u are top dog just remember what you do & who you upset cause it comes back .. this lady will trash your report & go against you for the opposite side , she will write a bad report & she don't know nothink she's using children to make her money .. she should be serving her comunity but no she's a un happy self centered you know what. very horrible experience do not go to her it's the worst thing you can do , she's dangerous & what she thinks of people is nasty.”

“The woman in the office was unhelpful, rude and patronising. I asked if there I could have help loading the bags in the car and she said That was fine. When she came out to load them she started by picking up a bag of offcuts - which I had not purchased. When I pointed out I’d purchased the pine and Oregon, she told me to load the bags of pine and she’d do the Oregon. When I said I couldn’t because I have a bad back, she said she did too. She loading the 4 bags begrudgingly.”
