“Awesome people, knowledgeable and professional. An asset to Pauanui.”
“Awesome service, guaranteed to fix your back and neck. Suffered for so long, now I just go when I think I need to go.”
“Filthy, stinking, disgraceful pet shop. SPCA needs to shut them down. Animals kept in cramped, filthy pens or glass tanks. Cats permanently housed inside like they are imprisoned. Puppies locked away rolling in their own excrement and never fed. Hideously hot in the summer months. Rabbits and guinea pigs rammed into dirty cages wrapped in filthy plastic. Don’t visit. Don’t buy. Owners ought to be ashamed of themselves.”
“Tint work was good. Can’t say much about the front desk service. Manners matter, no matter how old you are ”
“WARNING: Blockhouse Bay Veterinary Centre misdiagnosed my pet and that resulted in premature death. Customer Service from the ladies on the front desk is non-existent – Too busy. It seems that somewhere down the line the owners of Blockhouse Bay Veterinary Centre, started concentrating more on the money than the service.”
