Nestled in the heart of Waikato, Waikato Leather Doctors has been dedicatedly serving our community since 2013. As a local leather and suede specialist, we've built our reputation on the meticulous craftsmanship and unparalleled service that we provide to each of our customers. Our story began when a group of passionate artisans saw a need for quality restoration, repairs, and reconditioning services in our beloved city. Since then, we've been committed to preserving and enhancing the beauty of leather and suede items. We believe that every piece has its own unique character, and it's our privilege to breathe new life into them. Whether you need a torn leather jacket mended, a vintage sofa upholstered, or a custom order crafted, we're here to help. Our skilled team is not only equipped with the necessary tools but also deeply invested in understanding your specific needs and preferences. We take pride in our ability to cater to customer requirements, ensuring that every project reflects our clients' vision. However, we're more than just a workshop—we're your partners in preserving your cherished leather and suede items. Our consulting services are designed to educate you on the best care practices for your belongings, helping you extend their lifespan and maintain their aesthetic appeal. We believe that by equipping our customers with the knowledge they need, we're not only providing a service but fostering long-lasting relationships built on trust and mutual respect. So, whether you have a family heirloom or a newly acquired item, feel free to drop by or reach out to us. We're excited to embark on this journey with you, restoring, repairing, and reconditioning your leather and suede items with the same passion that drove us to start this business eight years ago. Welcome to Waikato Leather Doctors—where quality meets craftsmanship and stories get a new chapter.

“We hielden absoluut van de stille discobox-ervaring! Het maakte het feest nog specialer en zo, zo leuk! De levering was precies zoals gepland en alles is goed gepland.”

“Great metal mesh supplier. Had what I needed.”
Wrong way round.
“When installing a Legacy-Tekapo toilet roll holder we found the instructions put the base plate recesses horizontally they need to be top and bottom (vertically). We now have an extra hole in the wall, but were lucky the fully assembled holder has covered it.The grub screw with the allen key to do it up is a nightmare where as an ordinary slot for a flat screwdriver would be far easier and less damaging to freshly painted walls.”
