More Information about To Te Ra Te Kohanga Reo

Nestled in the heart of Bay of Plenty, To Te Ra Te Kohanga Reo stands as a vibrant beacon of childcare and education, a sanctuary where tamariki (children) thrive in an environment rich with love, learning, and Māori immersion. With roots deeply entrenched since the inception of our kōhanga in [founding date], we've been dedicated to providing quality care and education for generations of our tamariki, fostering their growth and development in a way that honours both our culture and the wider world around us. Our daycare is more than just a place; it's an extension of whānau (family), where the warmth and love of our teachers embraces each child as they take their first steps into the world of education. We believe in the power of Te Kohanga Reo, a Māori immersion environment, to nurture young minds, instilling within them a strong sense of identity and confidence. At To Te Ra Te Kohanga Reo, we're proud to offer the 20 Hours Free Education for children over 3 years old, ensuring that every child has access to quality education regardless of their background. Our full-day care services mean that your precious tamariki receive consistent care and attention throughout the day, allowing them to make the most of each moment as they learn, play, and grow. Walking through our doors is like stepping into a world where laughter fills the air, where curious minds are always at work, and where every child's potential knows no bounds. Our teachers are not just educators; they are mentors, friends, and guides, dedicated to helping each tamariki reach their fullest potential. As you navigate our website or step onto our grounds, you'll feel the spirit of To Te Ra Te Kohanga Reo – a place where the magic of childhood is celebrated, where dreams are nurtured, and where the seeds of knowledge are sown for generations to come. Join us on this incredible journey as we continue to shape the futures of our tamariki, one smile at a time.

Excellent

“I am 45 years old and had counciling when i was 13 with Helen. I have never forgot and will alwasys be thankful for the healing. A++++++Recommendation ”

Bad

“A horrible person! Verbally abused us in public when we were having a private conversation then verbally abused us for thinking we kill pet pigs. Misheard us, rude and entitled behavior. V Unstable!”

Got completely healed!

“Anointed by God”

Bad

“Very bad customer service, not ready to take any feedback. More attention is given to the people turning up without any appointment. So always in hurry and you may end up paying a lot for 10 mins job.”

Unprofessional and incompetent

“Absolutely abysmal service. Doesn't listen and is very disorganised. Appears to have no administrative support so you'll be paying her excessive hourly rate so she can type poorly written emails and double book your appointments. I realise that she already has a poor reputation in Nelson (and now NZ) but my review is entirely based on her substandard service which is, quite frankly, unprofessional. AVOID at all costs. NB - she's created another profile to dodge poor feedback so reposted here”
