More Information about Te Whanau Mana Kakano Kohanga Reo

Nestled in the heart of Manawatu Region, Te Whanau Mana Kakano Kohanga Reo is a vibrant beacon of Maori culture, education, and community spirit. Established with a shared vision for the future generations, our roots run deep within the rich soil of the Manawatu landscape. We are more than just a preschool; we are a cherished Kohanga Reo, a community-based Maori Organisation catering to the precious kakano (seeds) aged 0-5 years. Here, each day is an opportunity for tamariki (children) to immerse themselves in te reo Māori (the Māori language), embrace their heritage, and develop a strong sense of identity. Our doors are open to whānau (families) and individuals from all walks of life. We welcome women who carry the torch of our tikanga (customs) and values with pride, serving as kaiako (teachers), caregivers, and role models for our future leaders. Our commitment extends beyond the classroom walls. As a 20 Hours Free ECE service provider, we ensure that every whānau has access to quality education without the burden of additional costs. Together, we cultivate an environment where tamariki grow, learn, and flourish in harmony with their community. At Te Whanau Mana Kakano Kohanga Reo, we believe in nurturing the whole child – mind, body, and spirit. Our approach is centered on the concept of whakawhanaungatanga (building relationships), fostering a sense of belonging, and instilling a love for learning that lasts a lifetime. So come, join us as we weave the tapestry of our community, celebrating our past, creating our future, and growing our tamariki into strong Māori leaders. Te Whanau Mana Kakano Kohanga Reo – where every child blooms!

Bad

“It would be good if she would answer her phone. Been trying for days.”

One word - results

“I am a busy mother of 5 children. Multiple times I have put my back out or my neck either during pregnancy or if I've lifted something too heavy. Lynette at Hobsonville Chiropractor has been incredible at helping my body to go back to normal, Lynnette seriously has saved me from having to deal with excruciating pain, she is highly professional nd really cares. My 5 kids get adjusted a few times a year. I find they sleep better and their moods are much better after their appointments.”

Poor workmanship and service

“We had two bathrooms tiled floor to ceiling in a new build architectural house. We were left with chipped tiles and also some tiles that were drumming(not glued down adequately) . We have had to make an insurance claim for the removal of all floor tiles& replacement along with underfloor heating elements which involves the removal of toilets, vanities and bath. Would not recommend Todd Mudie's to anyoine.”

Excellent

“Ed's expertise and personable nature, coupled with the high quality of his workmanship, is an experience second to none in his industry”

Bad

“Useless. 2 sprays $150 and still getting cockroaches in the house. Won't use again”
