Nestled in the heart of the vibrant Waikato Region, Te Awamutu Maori Women's League stands as a beacon of resilience, strength, and unity among our treasured Maori community. Established with the vision to empower women and uplift our people, we have been a cornerstone of support since our founding days. Our organization, a unique blend of Maori trusts and women's issues advocacy, has evolved into a versatile hub offering various services that cater to the diverse needs of our community members. Our Community House serves as a home away from home, fostering connections, nurturing relationships, and facilitating growth through shared experiences. One of our most cherished initiatives is our Second-Hand Shop, where quality pre-loved items find new life in the hands of those who need them. More than just a store, it's a space that promotes recycling, sustainability, and fosters a sense of community connection. At the heart of our services lies our commitment to well-being. We provide women with essential support, offering a shoulder to lean on in times of struggle and a guiding hand on the path to self-discovery. Our JP Clinic stands ready to witness signatures, certify documents, complete declarations, affidavits, or affirmations, ensuring fairness and transparency in all our endeavors. “Looking for the hand for that was produced by the Campbell Tool Company and which is no longer available sadly. Did they pass on the right to produce them or is there anywhere I can purchase one. As a 77 year old female gardener, I can honestly say this was the best handwork I ever used, and disappointingly my last 2 have vanishe. is is thrdener”

“I am a busy mother of 5 children. Multiple times I have put my back out or my neck either during pregnancy or if I've lifted something too heavy. Lynette at Hobsonville Chiropractor has been incredible at helping my body to go back to normal, Lynnette seriously has saved me from having to deal with excruciating pain, she is highly professional nd really cares. My 5 kids get adjusted a few times a year. I find they sleep better and their moods are much better after their appointments.”
