More Information about Tarimano Kohanga Reo

Welcome to Tarimano Kohanga Reo, nestled in the heart of Bay of Plenty, a vibrant cradle of young minds where dreams take root and flourish. Established with a deep love for nurturing the future generations, we've been part of this community since time immemorial. We are more than just a childcare center or kindergarten; we are an extension of your family, a place where Māori early childhood education blossoms under the warm embrace of language and cultural immersion. Our teachers, an amalgamation of expertise and heart, nurture toddlers in a dynamic learning environment that fosters growth, curiosity, and respect for our cherished heritage. Each day here is a journey, a tapestry woven with stories, laughter, and shared experiences. We don't just educate; we inspire, instilling values of empathy, resilience, and the courage to explore the world around them. Our classrooms are havens where children learn through play, where the joy of discovery is intertwined with the security of a caring, supportive community. Our commitment extends beyond academics, encompassing the entire child - mind, body, and spirit. We believe in the power of education to change lives, and our approach is rooted in the understanding that every child is unique, deserving of an education tailored to their needs and aspirations. So, as you step into Tarimano Kohanga Reo, expect more than just a drop-off point for your little ones. We invite you to join our family, to immerse in the rich tapestry of Māori culture, to witness the transformation of curious minds taking flight, and to share in the joy and wonder that fills each day at Tarimano Kohanga Reo. Here, we don't just care for children; we shape futures, one story at a time.

Excellent

“The service I have received at Terry's has been fantastic........attention to detail and honest ...love it. Best regards Mark Revell”

Thank you

“Passed my Class 2 practical today. Training is very thorough and Brian does not hold back sharing his years of experience training and driving all sorts of vehicles. Highly recommend.”

Bad

“Ugly company who will not answer direct questions posed to them after querying their conduct on my loan. All of a sudden started replying once it turned into a legal matter. ”

Worst fish and chips ever.

“I had been a regular customer until today. They must have changed their chips from Mr. CHIPS to some cheap chips which were soaked in oil and contained some double fried left over bits and pieces of dark oil soaked chips. The fish filets were half the amount of the oil drenched batter. We could not eat it and put it in the rubbish bin. I loved to go there in the past but todays order 2 fish fillets and one scoop of chips was not eatable, lets hope everyone else have a better experience.”
