The Pits on Reservoir
“The owners recently changed. It used to be the ritz, now it’s the pits. Be kind to your pets and look elsewhere. My dog came back smelly, wet and injured, ……. Twice. I’ll not be back and when I told the owner she said “well we don’t need your business””

“Had their t/aways before, but last night..eew chicken chow mein, the taste was lovely, except: hardly any chicken, 1 coin size round of carrot halved and tough, large chunks of cauli quite firm, old broccoli it was going yellow underneath eewww, onion was lovely, appearance was horrid. Also had two spring rolls, eeeww, consisted of mince, some corn kernels and some peas, no shredded cabbage, flavour ok, but certainly not a spring roll, the pastry itself was good, I guess they made them.”

“I live in the states and bought a watch from Trade Me, I had a friend- Co-worker from Gisborne bring in my Michael Kors watch for a battery, That was 10 days ago, I feel like its taking a long time for a battery. This watch is for our boss, my co- worker still need to send the watch to me here in the states. I'm getting worried it will not make it here for his birthday. Incompetent, disorganised and conceited
“Absolutely abysmal service. Doesn't listen and is very disorganised. Appears to have no administrative support so you'll be paying her excessive hourly rate so she can type poorly written emails and double book your appointments. I realise that she already has a poor reputation in Nelson (and now NZ) but my review is entirely based on her substandard service which is, quite frankly, unprofessional. AVOID at all costs.”
