Nestled in the heart of the vibrant Waikato region, Stepping Out Hauraki proudly stands as a beacon of hope, compassion, and resilience for individuals navigating the complex terrain of adult mental health and addictions. Established with a vision to empower and enrich lives, we've been walking alongside our community since [founding date if available, otherwise 'since our inception']. Our journey began with a simple belief: that every person deserves a chance to live their life to the fullest, free from the shackles of mental health challenges and addictions. Over the years, we've grown into an organization that offers a comprehensive suite of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual who steps through our doors. At Stepping Out Hauraki, we believe in the power of peer support. Our team is not just a group of professionals; we are individuals who have walked the path you're on now, and we understand the struggles that come with it. We offer peer-facilitated workshops where you can connect, share, and learn from others who truly get it. We're more than just a service provider; we're your advocates. Whether it's navigating the complexities of our healthcare system or simply standing by your side during tough times, we're here to ensure your voice is heard. We also provide essential referral services to other resources that can help you on your journey. But we don't just focus on healing; we prioritize growth. Our educational programs are designed to equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to not just survive, but thrive. We believe in the strength of our community, and we strive to create safe spaces where socialisation is encouraged and welcomed. In Stepping Out Hauraki, you'll find a family that understands, supports, and empowers. We invite you to take the first step towards your journey of healing and growth with us. Because here at Stepping Out Hauraki, we know that it's not just about surviving; it's about thriving. It's about Stepping Out and living life to the fullest.

“Jason has been outstanding to work with, he streamed my nanas funeral to numerous people online and videoed also. He was more than helpful and respectful all round. Highly recommend”
Absolutely crap
“Foul disgusting man, the king of bullshit would totally avoid at all cost!”
Excellent
“I would like to thank Majella Candles for producing pure beeswax candles. I purchased one today and till continue to do so as they are the best. I live in Dunedin and made the purchase at "The Outpost”
Worst fish and chips ever.
“I had been a regular customer until today. They must have changed their chips from Mr. CHIPS to some cheap chips which were soaked in oil and contained some double fried left over bits and pieces of dark oil soaked chips. The fish filets were half the amount of the oil drenched batter. We could not eat it and put it in the rubbish bin. I loved to go there in the past but todays order 2 fish fillets and one scoop of chips was not eatable, lets hope everyone else have a better experience.”

“Thanks to Colin and the team for repairing my car. Important to support local businesses.”
