Lazy unhelpful staff
“When you go in on a Saturday morning to buy parts for a Metro fire and told by the female staff member to come back on Monday because she doesn’t know the product code and she wasn’t even prepared to look the code up on the store computer. What is the point of having someone working in the store when they are too lazy to help a customer and they they don’t know what they’re doing? I told her I’ll go around to Mitre 10 and she replied “ that’s fine.””
Go Steve ! Supermechanic
“I am pleased to say I have been a customer of SB Autos for over 20 years. Steve and his team have kept my family's vehicles in top condition and most of all, SAFE.Steve is meticulous, his team follow suit. Steve has picked up many minor issues with our fleet, which I doubt others would have. His advice has saved us plenty over the years, by avoiding issues in advance. He and his team are thorough. They don't just fix what appears to be broken, they check out why and how, then advise. 10/10”

“Going by the amount of reviews for this business 0 one can only assume they do not stand by there satisfaction guarantee there only motivation is to aquire your money.Once they have it, it's game over ,they will not put right there wrongs let alone admit to there Neglegence. My advice would be to stay well away from these people”

Terrible
“The place is filthy. The fridge freezers still had blood in them, and didnt go properly. The toilets were never cleaned properly, the recreation room was used as the managers private bar, lots of permanents, some love but some toxic. The disabled toilet was illegal, and the women's toilets would often smell. The kitchen was dirty and cold with ovens that did not work properly. How it passed Council inspections I don't know. Don't go.”
