More Information about Returned Services Association

Nestled in the heart of Waikato, the Returned Services Association (RSA) has been a cherished pillar of our community since 1974. Over nearly half a century, we've grown from a small gathering of veterans to a vibrant club that warmly welcomes members and guests alike. Our mission remains unchanged: to provide a supportive environment for those who have served our country, offering coaching, advocacy, financial assistance, and career transition services. But the RSA is more than just a club; it's a home away from home for many. Here, you'll find camaraderie born of shared experiences, friendships that span decades, and a sense of belonging that transcends time. Our club facilities are designed with your comfort in mind, featuring inviting lounges, a well-stocked bar, and a dining area where delicious meals are served daily. We're dedicated to promoting the health and wellbeing of our members. Regular social activities, exercise classes, and mental health support groups form an essential part of our calendar. We believe that laughter, friendship, and shared experiences are powerful healing forces, and we strive to provide these in abundance. Beyond our club walls, we're advocates for the rights and welfare of veterans, working tirelessly to ensure they receive the care, respect, and support they deserve. We're passionate about helping members navigate the challenges of career transition, offering guidance, resources, and opportunities for personal growth. Finally, let us not forget our commitment to financial assistance. Whether it's providing a helping hand during tough times or offering grants for educational pursuits, we're here to support our members in their time of need. So, whether you're a veteran seeking support, a local looking to join a friendly club, or simply someone who appreciates the spirit of camaraderie and community service, we invite you to visit us at the RSA. We look forward to welcoming you into our family and continuing our mission of supporting those who have so valiantly served our country.

“Pauanui Service Centre saved us in a stressful moment! Amazing service and so friendly.”

Worst fish and chips ever.

“I had been a regular customer until today. They must have changed their chips from Mr. CHIPS to some cheap chips which were soaked in oil and contained some double fried left over bits and pieces of dark oil soaked chips. The fish filets were half the amount of the oil drenched batter. We could not eat it and put it in the rubbish bin. I loved to go there in the past but todays order 2 fish fillets and one scoop of chips was not eatable, lets hope everyone else have a better experience.”
