We are a family business developing land and building residential lifestyle villages for over 50's for the last 30 years. The business was the brain child of Robbie and is continued by his family following his passing. We have strived to build homes that are affordable and reachable for the middle New Zealand market. Robbie had a vision that mature New Zealanders could downsize from the family home to a home in a village where the other owners were of a similar age and time in their life. Time to relax and let others do the yard work and the security of knowing the neighbours. A home you can lock and leave for holidays in the knowledge someone was always about. A caretaker to look after the lawns and outside area. A place where there is the company of close neighbours and friends nearby. We still adhere to Robbies vision.
