Sinister lack of follow-up
“16/8/2022, between 12 and 2.00 3 contractors worked at my place. One stole my phone, I phoned to get it back. Crystal is the name at the end of the phone. She ignored me. I can't afford a new one Crystal. You are unfeeling, nasty people. all of you.”
Friendly real professionals
“It was great to work with Kelly Glass on the replacement of a double glazed big picture window. they were friendly, knew their stuff as they carefully got this large replacement window up our stairs and then installed. They were careful to look after the house and the new glass and each other. They did a great job and they were lovely to have around.”
Disappointing
“Booked flights to Fiji for myself and two others. Super excited. Got who I find out is the manager who was so bored and uninterested, no eye contact and basically acted like I was wasting his time. Definitly put a downer on the trip. Miserable. Wish Id got the other guy in the office who was having a great time with his client. Move on buddy if you dont like your job.”
