“Shopped here a lot, but just refused a refund 20 minutes after $50 purchase because son realized it wasnt the right product after all. Incredibly mean spirited - will never shop here again and will make sure friends and colleagues don't either. What a sh*t way to treat your customers.”

“The woman in the office was unhelpful, rude and patronising. I asked if there I could have help loading the bags in the car and she said That was fine. When she came out to load them she started by picking up a bag of offcuts - which I had not purchased. When I pointed out I’d purchased the pine and Oregon, she told me to load the bags of pine and she’d do the Oregon. When I said I couldn’t because I have a bad back, she said she did too. She loading the 4 bags begrudgingly.”
Very poor, very stressful, job not donen
“Got a price for job, paid half deposit, no contact, after three months we contacted and were made several promises to complete the job, this never happened so requested our money back, after a week money was not returned, had to make contact again to get money refunded. Would not recommend, very poor customer and communication skills.”
