We dropped off small products to be quoted for repair (only few hours work for an experienced craftsman) Received quote after 6 weeks and work was still incomplete after 8 weeks. Then business asked we pay EXTRA for work already quoted. Extremely bad experience and fleeced $$$$. Extremely bad communication and non-delivery of quoted service. Partly repaired items were taken to another business to complete the work (even more $$$$).”
