Welcome to Papakura Osteopaths, a trusted cornerstone of holistic health care in Auckland since 1985. Nestled in the heart of Papakura, our clinic has been a sanctuary for individuals seeking relief from various aches and pains, as well as those wishing to maintain their body's overall wellbeing. At Papakura Osteopaths, we believe that every individual is unique, and so should be their treatment plan. Our dedicated team of osteopaths are skilled practitioners who tailor each session to your specific needs. We specialize in Spinal Care, using gentle manipulations, stretches, and massage techniques to ease tension, alleviate discomfort, and promote the natural balance within your body. Our outpatient care goes beyond traditional osteopathy, offering Body WOF check-ups that extend beyond the automotive variety. We're here to ensure your body is functioning optimally, just as you would for your car. In addition to Osteopathy and Massage Therapy, we also offer Craniosacral Therapy – a gentle yet powerful technique that focuses on the delicate tissues surrounding the central nervous system. Walking through our doors means stepping into an environment where kindness and compassion are the norm. Our warm and inviting space is designed to make you feel at ease while our friendly team guides you through your osteopathic journey. Whether you're a long-time resident of Papakura or a newcomer to Auckland, we welcome you with open arms. At Papakura Osteopaths, we strive to empower our clients by educating them about their bodies and the ways in which osteopathy can enhance their lives. We're not just a clinic; we're a community – one that believes in the power of holistic health care and the healing potential within each and every one of us. Come join us on your path to wellness, where we'll work together towards a more balanced, pain-free, and vibrant you.

My experience was excellent .
“They were great guys with great work ethics. Very informative and not wanting to be basis regarding a substandard new roof we had fitted previously. We got them to undertake a complete re roof which we could not be happier with the out come... they came with a few local recomendations that I have to support fully. Great job well done!”
$50 for 15 minute ride. Biggest rip off
“Drives around night spots and collects people who assume they are a standard taxi and then rips you off badly. Left something in taxi and he has no contact details to follow up and the address listed is wrong. How does he keep his license. Have complained o the Federation but he is still ripping people off nightly.”
Bad
“These guys are an absolute ripoff. Go to the reviews on google as they send you dead trees and then refuse to communicate with you or refunds. FRAUDSTERS AND THIEVES.........”
Bad
“have just tried to install tekapo towel rail. Instructions are wrong on box, most annoying. the screwholes need to be sideways not vertical in order to fit the rail..l”
