Welcome to Nz Ethnic Social Services Waikato, a cherished cornerstone of the Hamilton community since 1996. With over two decades of experience, we've grown from a small team into a thriving charitable trust, dedicated to empowering and supporting our city's diverse population. Our story begins with a simple yet profound belief: that every individual deserves an equal opportunity to thrive. This conviction has fueled our passion for employment, advocacy services, immigration support, driving training, budgeting advice, interpreting (in Farsi and Dari), and justice of the peace services. We are more than just a service provider; we're a beacon of hope, a guiding light for those navigating the complexities of life in a new land. Each day, our team greets the sun with renewed energy, ready to embrace the challenges that come our way. Whether it's helping a new immigrant find their feet or providing advocacy services to ensure justice is served, we stand shoulder to shoulder with our clients every step of the way. Our driving training program equips individuals with the skills needed to navigate both the roads and the societal landscape, while our budgeting advice empowers them to take control of their financial future. But we're not just about practical solutions; we're about creating connections. We celebrate the rich tapestry of cultures that make up Hamilton, and we strive to break down barriers and foster understanding. Our interpreting services bridge language gaps, allowing for open dialogue and stronger relationships. As a justice of the peace, we offer a neutral space where individuals can have their documents certified, ensuring they can navigate the legal system with confidence. So, whether you're a newcomer or a long-time resident, we invite you to join us on this journey. Together, we can create a more inclusive, compassionate Hamilton—a city where everyone feels valued and empowered. Welcome home, to Nz Ethnic Social Services Waikato.

Simply the Best
“Well worth the investment. I asked Kishor to design a gate similar to one seen elsewhere. He followed the idea but came up with something much better. I liked the way he checked with me throughout the process, mocking up the gate before welding and suggesting improvements. Once built he fitted it beautifully, it swings like a dream and every time I see it I am delighted.”
Excellent
“Great friendly service and our dogs were not stressed in any way”
Engine brakes
“Please ask ur drivers not to use Engine Brakes when they are coming down the hill into Waitangi passed Countdown otherwise I will be taking a video of the noise and handing it to local police. Thank you for your time. Waitangi resident.”
