Nestled in the heart of Palmerston North, the New Zealand Nurses Organisation (NZNO) stands tall as a beacon of support for nursing professionals across our vibrant nation. Since our inception, we've been committed to empowering nurses and midwives by providing a platform for union representation that truly resonates with their unique needs. We are more than just a union; we're a community, a family, and a partner in your professional journey. Our aim is to ensure that every member feels valued, heard, and protected - from the moment they register as a nurse or midwife, right through to their retirement. At NZNO, we understand that your profession demands more than just technical skills. It requires resilience, empathy, and a deep commitment to patient care. That's why we offer comprehensive professional support, from helping navigate complex work conditions to providing legal services when needed. Our Member Support Centre is always ready to lend an ear or a helping hand whenever you need it most. Our focus on collective bargaining allows us to advocate effectively for better wages, working conditions, and benefits, ensuring that our nursing heroes are fairly compensated for their invaluable work. Moreover, we prioritize your professional development, offering numerous opportunities for growth through workshops, conferences, and educational resources. As a member of NZNO, you're not just another number; you're a valued colleague and an essential part of our mission. We offer a range of membership benefits tailored to enhance your life both inside and outside the workplace. From comprehensive insurance coverage to access to dedicated organisers who can guide you through challenging situations, we've got you covered. In essence, the New Zealand Nurses Organisation is not just about representing you; it's about standing by your side, every step of the way. We invite you to join our family and become a part of something bigger - a movement that champions nursing professionals and puts patient care at its heart. Together, we can make a difference in healthcare for all New Zealanders.

Bad
“Oh my God!!! Worst experience of my life. Racist and Rude manager. Told us to get out or he will do something bad to us. Forcing people to order curries. Refused to serve as we ordered only one curry”
Rapidly deteriorating in quality
“Do not care about client safety and comfort. Demanding tips in addition to ride price. With all my respect, they hire migrants who need any job, as I never heard about great taxi drivers from Somali. All management is single nationality and it is not a English, or Maori, or NZ European gentlemen - nothing against this fact, bit in our time of multicultural approach there should be some locals there? Most recent reviews are very negative, company is far from standards of profession...”
Bad
“Neville a is convicted cocaine smuggler (Australia) and false passport user (NZ to Aust). Total compassionless conman. ”
