Nestled in the heart of Auckland, Murdoch Park Kindergarten is more than just a childcare and education centre – it's a vibrant community where little minds bloom and grow. Established with a deep-rooted passion for early childhood education, we have been nurturing young learners since the late 1980s, creating an environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and kindness. Our Kindergarten welcomes children aged 2 to 5 years old, offering them a foundation of learning that goes beyond the classroom walls. We are proud to be a part of the Government's 20 hours free ECE scheme for 3-5 year olds, ensuring that every child has access to quality education regardless of their family's circumstances. At Murdoch Park Kindergarten, we believe in fostering a love for learning through a literacy focus. Our dedicated teachers create engaging and age-appropriate activities, fostering a strong foundation in reading, writing, and numeracy skills. We understand that children learn best through play, so our classrooms are designed to encourage exploration and discovery. Sustainability is not just a buzzword at our Kindergarten – it's a way of life. We strive to instil a sense of respect for the environment in our young learners by incorporating sustainable practices into our daily routines. From composting organic waste, to gardening experiences that teach children about the life cycle of plants, we aim to educate our children about the importance of environmental stewardship. We invite you to visit us at Murdoch Park Kindergarten and experience the joy of learning for yourself. Our doors are always open to new families seeking a nurturing, educational environment for their little ones. Here, your child will not only learn essential skills but also develop a lifelong love for learning – all while making cherished memories in our caring community.
