“I arrived at the Taupo warehouse to be presented with the doors locked with customers still in shopping. Three staff members looked at me and one male said they are closed and I demonstrated through the window I was needing to collect my printing. The three staff members had a smirk on their face, as I sat in my car I looked in just to be sure they would be kindly to let me in. No, one of the woman with curly hair decides to pull a face at me. Rude customer service, what a shame!”
Terrible service!
“The nail technician spent 99% of the time on her phone talking in her native tongue! She also didn't really listen to what I wanted she gave me what she thought I should have, whilst talking on her phone she asked me a couple of questions and then she wouldn't even really care about what I was trying to say she was just absolutely useless! I will never recommend and I will never go back it was an expensive waste of time I do not like my nails they are stumpy and unattractive!”
No show
“Being a local waiuku resident, asked if they could replace a hot water cylinder, despite two company employees living on my street, they were not able to organize to give me a quote, hopeless.”
