“Steve was excellent with giving me information needed about my car key and electronic lock for my vehicle. He charged a very satisfying price as others were going to charge $50 or more. Thanks Steve!”
“company sign written vehicle tailgating, dangerously overtaking and aggressive posturing... not the kind of people want to spend money with.”
“Actual collection service is very good, however non response to emails sent from May 2022 still remain unanswered, which is disappointing.”
“They use NZ Post - known for it's ill-reputation of poor communication, incompetent staff and delivering to the wrong address. After making a correction to my address, NZ Post was still failing to deliver the items. When I went to P&C for help, they took the side of the courier company rather than see the problem for what it was - a now correct address but still no delivery or means to collect the items. This is terrible customer service, and using NZ Post is asking for trouble. Shop elsewhere.”
