“Really pleased with the service. Got me out of a tight spot. Highly recommended.”
“Overpriced and known to sleep with clients for extra business”
“Beautiful selection of heritage trees, top quality... well wrapped around and cared for in courier service”
“They use NZ Post - known for it's ill-reputation of poor communication, incompetent staff and delivering to the wrong address. After making a correction to my address, NZ Post was still failing to deliver the items. When I went to P&C for help, they took the side of the courier company rather than see the problem for what it was - a now correct address but still no delivery or means to collect the items. This is terrible customer service, and using NZ Post is asking for trouble. Shop elsewhere.”
