About LUCY HARVEY
Christchurch-based Makeup Artist, Hair Stylist and Cosmetic Tattooist Lucy Harvey has worked in the Beauty Industry for over 20 years. Lucy has diverse skills and experience working in Wedding, Formal Occasion, Photographic, Film and Television, as well as Cosmetic and Medical Tattoo. I have worked in the beauty industry for over 20 years. I received a Certificate in Makeup Design and Application from the Design and Arts College Christchurch in 2000 and have been providing makeup and hair services for weddings across Canterbury ever since. I also work in the photography, film and television industries, including special effects makeup. I have also worked on many commercial jobs across Aotearoa New Zealand. Cosmetic Brow Tattoo, otherwise known as Permanent Eyebrows is a form of Cosmetic Tattoo. We begin the process by assessing your existing brows and carefully mapping the face and brow area to create the most ideal brow shape to suit your features. After the mapping process, I carefully place pigment directly into the dermal layer of the skin creating the effect of a fuller brow. The pigment softens as it heals, which leaves a natural look. Once healing is complete, your only upkeep is to tweeze or wax any brow hairs that grow out of the brow tattoo area, to maintain and groom the brows. Seriously disappointed. Do not use!!
“Seriously recommend anyone to use a different company. He put down a well for us, we specifically asked for 3rd aquifer at 90-100 meters. He only drilled ours to 47 meters, and our water is terrible. We have had to sink another well with a different company, to the correct level. Using Daly water wells was a seriously expensive mistake. Simply put, he is a backyard operation, and a rip-off scam artist. After asking around the district, we have discovered many others with similar stories.”
