Terrible
“Stuffed up hob for hole. Then came and patched it leaving big gaps all round. Came a second time to fix and while sealed is not the new bench I paid for. I am still waiting to hear back on a resolution for the botched bench. I would not recommend”
Terrible service and poor quality shoes.
“I bought a $300 pair of leather boots from taylors. after wearing them occasionally to work (in an office) a few times per week they have completely worn through the sole and are leaking water. I returned them to taylors to request either the shoes are repaired or a refund.I was told they had to be sent to Richmond so the owner could assess them..many days later I received a very rude phone call from Craig tailor who accused me of lying about how often I wear them and what activities I used them”

“Do not trust these people with your WOF! Nobody leaves with a clean bill of health. In 44 years of dealing with garage services, I've never felt so ripped off. To top it all off, they are bloody rude as well!”
