Terrible patient care
“They prescribed something actively contraindicated to my daughter, then when we contacted them to ask for help they stated that they weren't an acute care service & she would have to wait another 2 months until her official med-review. They also cancelled her SA for the medication immediately after it was dispensed, so the pharmacy did not get paid, they told my daughter she had an appointment, then when she arrived they said it was an accident & she didn't have an appointment. “My vehicle was failed because of some rust on headlight reflector although the lights were working perfectly. I believe that this should have been a compliance issue. My vehicle is a Fiat and it took some time to get new lights and I had to pay another inspection fee although I notified testing station. We are pensioners and on limited income. it also meant that we were unable to go away as planned.”
