Rapidly deteriorating in quality
“Do not care about client safety and comfort. Demanding tips in addition to ride price. With all my respect, they hire migrants who need any job, as I never heard about great taxi drivers from Somali. All management is single nationality and it is not a English, or Maori, or NZ European gentlemen - nothing against this fact, bit in our time of multicultural approach there should be some locals there? Most recent reviews are very negative, company is far from standards of profession...”
Our suite clean was very professional.
“Rhys was a great example of a worker who is friendly and helpful. Sadly one arm of our sofa hasn't turned out as well as we hoped. Overall the service was great. Thanks.”
Lazy unhelpful staff
“When you go in on a Saturday morning to buy parts for a Metro fire and told by the female staff member to come back on Monday because she doesn’t know the product code and she wasn’t even prepared to look the code up on the store computer. What is the point of having someone working in the store when they are too lazy to help a customer and they they don’t know what they’re doing? I told her I’ll go around to Mitre 10 and she replied “ that’s fine.””
Wrong way round.
“When installing a Legacy-Tekapo toilet roll holder we found the instructions put the base plate recesses horizontally they need to be top and bottom (vertically). We now have an extra hole in the wall, but were lucky the fully assembled holder has covered it.The grub screw with the allen key to do it up is a nightmare where as an ordinary slot for a flat screwdriver would be far easier and less damaging to freshly painted walls.”
Bad
“Poor customer service...bit of a stalker..plays games online and not quality at all..would not recommend”
