“Absolutely abysmal service. Doesn't listen and is very disorganised. Appears to have no administrative support so you'll be paying her excessive hourly rate so she can type poorly written emails and double book your appointments. I realise that she already has a poor reputation in Nelson (and now NZ) but my review is entirely based on her substandard service which is, quite frankly, unprofessional. AVOID at all costs. NB - she's created another profile to dodge poor feedback so reposted here”
“They replaced my driveway and now my car scapes entering and exiting, council failed the surface water drainage they installed and HK Concreting (Phil Hurrell) went from we’ll fix it to ignoring my calls and emails. Look elsewhere.”
“Manuka St Castlecliff , Payne trucks often at cattle run across entire road so anyone coming round corner of Mill Rd into Manuka St cannot see what is coming at all, must not only cross onto the wrong side of the road but onto the grass verge to get around. The seeing distance does not exist. There exists a real danger, regularly. Why no traffic safety people when blocking the road like this? Is it legal to park across a now busy public road creating a danger with no safety plans are used?”
