After making a correction to my address, NZ Post was still failing to deliver the items. When I went to P&C for help, they took the side of the courier company rather than see the problem for what it was - a now correct address but still no delivery or means to collect the items. This is terrible customer service, and using NZ Post is asking for trouble. Shop elsewhere.”

We watched him tell the story to a little old lady who was bought into every word. Shameful, dishonest, so unprofessional”
