“I went there at 2;40pm for my 10 months baby appointment at 2;45pm. While we were asked to wait, my baby was just laughing to watch the fish tank, the reception lady asked us to go out just because he was loud. it was so hot outside. but she said you have to go and we waited outside in the sun. while we came back inside and asked for wait timing, she said you were quite early so you have to wait. it was already 3; 05 pm. Very disappointed and upset. Will change the doctor soon.”

Your actions will embolden violence against innocent and vulnerable people, who is asking a government to listen to them. “The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! Staff were rude, uninterested in helping me or providing a solution to my problem, and had a don’t care attitude!! I had to get the POLICE involved to get the product I ordered that they refused to give me!! I will NEVER NEVER EVER EVER go back there!! My advice: go elsewhere or contact Spark online. The call centre staff were lovely and tried to find a solution for me by calling the store, to no avail. Steer clear of them!!”
