“We just had Andy renovate our main bathroom and prepare flooring for our house. He was considerate, almost OCD clean, and fast. He fixed things around the house that he noticed were broken just because that’s the kind of guy he is! Can NOT recommend Andy enough, he truly is a master at his craft. 11/10 service.”
“Went to buy a dry bag this morning and a knife as I'm heading away sailing for 2 weeks. Lots of staff around starting their tills or vacuuming but mainly talking. I found a bag a then headed to the knives. Found the one I wanted but although some staff were close they were busy leaning on the counter talking. After looking around for help and know one showing the slightest interest I left. This is to help not condemn as there are so many options on line and your staff need to acknowledge people”
“Have been into this Supermarket twice in past 2 weeks and there is no mandatory manual sign in place. Both New World and PaknSave Hastings have a person asking if people have signed in and directing people to the facilities. Hardly anybody in the queue this morning were using the QR code. It is MANDATORY to do so and this is not being followed. Will boycott the supermarket till action is taken to rectify this.”
