Stormwater design (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems - SUDS) - this typically reduces capital expenditure by 10-20%. SUDS are less affected by supply chain constraints as they work with natural and site materials. Remediating polluted sites with plants and biotechnology. Consenting and legal aspects to Environment Court level if needed. Site planning and staged actions Planting research to match solution with pollutant/s Implementation and testing Sign-off as complying with allowable pollutant levels Riparian design - Reduce land lost from water rules. Pivot-irrigation planning - add economic value to corners and lost areas. Farm ponds and all liners; synthetic, solid clay and other natural materials and geosynthetic clay liners. I work with your farm resources and knowledge and work to reduce planting cost in innovative ways. Species and bush assessments and Assessments of Ecological Effect. Tree removal consents and permits. Tree and area protection covenants. Heritage assessments and design and Conservation Plans - these are often part of the Resource Consent process on heritage sites. Access-way design: drives drainage surfaces and fire-lanes. Screening and shelter design and planting. Polluted soils remediation - HAIL sites. Covenant writing, reports and assessments. Land negotiations, contested sites, land swaps, rural land lease agreements. Retaining walls and steep sites and geotextile applications. Town and commercial gardens and community developments (activity parks, street-scapes. Urban design and institutional landscapes). Visual effects: consents, assessments and design, screening and camouflage. Includes hahas (sunk fences and walls) and road route design. Working NZ-wide, I am able to work and present remotely as long as you can take measurements and photos. I know NZ very well having lived the length of both islands.

“Went to buy a dry bag this morning and a knife as I'm heading away sailing for 2 weeks. Lots of staff around starting their tills or vacuuming but mainly talking. I found a bag a then headed to the knives. Found the one I wanted but although some staff were close they were busy leaning on the counter talking. After looking around for help and know one showing the slightest interest I left. This is to help not condemn as there are so many options on line and your staff need to acknowledge people”
“Try here first if you're looking for recycled building materials.”
“My mother when into buy a new iPhone and the sales person put her old SIM card into the new phone. At the point of sale charged her $20 for this. This charge was not disclosed to her until very end!”
