“We had 12 windows and frames retrofit in our house, Ian and his team were very friendly. The entire removal and installation took less then a day, we were very satisfied with the finished product.”
Terrible service and poor quality shoes.
“I bought a $300 pair of leather boots from taylors. after wearing them occasionally to work (in an office) a few times per week they have completely worn through the sole and are leaking water. I returned them to taylors to request either the shoes are repaired or a refund.I was told they had to be sent to Richmond so the owner could assess them..many days later I received a very rude phone call from Craig tailor who accused me of lying about how often I wear them and what activities I used them”
