Welcome to First Carpet Cleaning, a trusted name in the heart of Bay of Plenty since 1999. Our journey began with a simple mission: to bring back the pristine beauty and freshness to your cherished carpets, furniture, and more. Over two decades, we've grown from a small team of dedicated professionals into a renowned carpet and furniture cleaning service. We're not just cleaners; we're craftsmen who breathe new life into your treasured possessions, removing stubborn stains, reviving faded colors, and eliminating lingering odors with our expertise in steam extraction and hot water methods. From the delicate fabrics of your upholstery to the intricate patterns on your carpets, we treat every piece with the care it deserves. We understand that your home is more than just a space; it's a sanctuary where memories are made. So, when it comes to maintaining its beauty and comfort, we don't cut corners. Our team of experts is always ready to tackle any challenge, be it a deep-seated stain or a persistent odor. We're equipped with the latest technology, ensuring a thorough, efficient clean every time. But we also believe in the power of old-fashioned hard work and attention to detail. At First Carpet Cleaning, we don't just clean carpets; we restore them. We don't just remove stains; we revitalize your home. And we don't just provide a service; we offer peace of mind. So, whether you need a regular cleaning routine or a one-off deep clean, trust us to keep your Bay of Plenty home looking and feeling its best. Welcome home, to a cleaner, fresher, and more beautiful space with First Carpet Cleaning.

Bad
“Oh my God!!! Worst experience of my life. Racist and Rude manager. Told us to get out or he will do something bad to us. Forcing people to order curries. Refused to serve as we ordered only one curry”
Bad
“Poor customer service...bit of a stalker..plays games online and not quality at all..would not recommend”
Disgusting Place!
“Filthy, stinking, disgraceful pet shop. SPCA needs to shut them down. Animals kept in cramped, filthy pens or glass tanks. Cats permanently housed inside like they are imprisoned. Puppies locked away rolling in their own excrement and never fed. Hideously hot in the summer months. Rabbits and guinea pigs rammed into dirty cages wrapped in filthy plastic. Don’t visit. Don’t buy. Owners ought to be ashamed of themselves.”
Excellent
“Excellent service, couldn't fault anything, Tony arrived on the site when he said he would, on time and did an excellent job. He left no mess and where he had been working was spotless. Thanks Tony, you will do well.”
