“Jay spent 10 minutes (in total) on the property when he came to 'clean' the chimney. It is not possible for anyone clean a chimney in under 10 minutes. The grossly negligent and unprofessional behaviour is not what is expected, nor is it encouraged by anyone who doesn't like being ripped off.”
