OUR POLICY – HONESTY – is key to our success We only undertake work that you authorise, and we'll get in touch if any additional work is required We work hard to finish on time, but if there's a delay we'll let you know as soon as possible We provide you with a full description of the work we do, and we'll clearly explain this to you When you pick up your vehicle, we are happy to show any parts that were replaced and explain why.
