“Had my carpets steam cleaned what a mess they where here 35 minutes and when the carpet dried it had more marks than beforehand the steam only pushed the dirt to top”

“I bought a $300 pair of leather boots from taylors. after wearing them occasionally to work (in an office) a few times per week they have completely worn through the sole and are leaking water. I returned them to taylors to request either the shoes are repaired or a refund.I was told they had to be sent to Richmond so the owner could assess them..many days later I received a very rude phone call from Craig tailor who accused me of lying about how often I wear them and what activities I used them”

Left something in taxi and he has no contact details to follow up and the address listed is wrong. How does he keep his license. Have complained o the Federation but he is still ripping people off nightly.”
