“We had two bathrooms tiled floor to ceiling in a new build architectural house. We were left with chipped tiles and also some tiles that were drumming(not glued down adequately) . We have had to make an insurance claim for the removal of all floor tiles& replacement along with underfloor heating elements which involves the removal of toilets, vanities and bath. Would not recommend Todd Mudie's to anyoine.”

“Went to buy a dry bag this morning and a knife as I'm heading away sailing for 2 weeks. Lots of staff around starting their tills or vacuuming but mainly talking. I found a bag a then headed to the knives. Found the one I wanted but although some staff were close they were busy leaning on the counter talking. After looking around for help and know one showing the slightest interest I left. This is to help not condemn as there are so many options on line and your staff need to acknowledge people”

Whoever you have delivering packages at the moment in Stratford is blatantly lazy. This is my 2nd complaint in two weeks. The 1st being over the phone. I'm sure mine won't be the only one. Please make sure the delivery person is doing his job correctly.”
