“Totally lacking a website, in this day and age it is amateurish, and for someone making an online enquiry there is not much info regarding products or prices.”
“Reg Horner has fixed my wind-up watches and clocks for a few years now and I cant recommend him highly enough. He has moved to Fairley, but I still send my things to him. Thanks Reg :) Diane Lowe”
“I bought pork sausages on my way home yesterday and best I've had in many a year.”
“They use NZ Post - known for it's ill-reputation of poor communication, incompetent staff and delivering to the wrong address. After making a correction to my address, NZ Post was still failing to deliver the items. When I went to P&C for help, they took the side of the courier company rather than see the problem for what it was - a now correct address but still no delivery or means to collect the items. This is terrible customer service, and using NZ Post is asking for trouble. Shop elsewhere.”
