Too many mistakes in mail delivery
“Some of mails getting delivered in another mail box..and found my mails open quite often.. so it's a breach!NOT AT ALL PLS WITH DXMAIL!”

“Love it! Keep the name. Very fond memories of golliwogs. Dont change for the minority. Looking forward to popping in these school holidays. ”

“Really dirty. Mould on draining board. Old cobwebs everywhere. Black grime on shelves and pots+pans. Black on carpet. Dead insects everywhere literally. Absolutely yuk. Unhygienic to prepare food in.”

“The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! Staff were rude, uninterested in helping me or providing a solution to my problem, and had a don’t care attitude!! I had to get the POLICE involved to get the product I ordered that they refused to give me!! I will NEVER NEVER EVER EVER go back there!! My advice: go elsewhere or contact Spark online. The call centre staff were lovely and tried to find a solution for me by calling the store, to no avail. Steer clear of them!!”
Great people great service
“The store is run by great people with great customer service. The only thing that lets it down is the prices.. a lot of items are cheaper to purchase brand new, especially kids the clothing. It's not very often we can afford to shop here anymore, it use to be our favourite shop.”
