I charge an hourly rate and clients are invoiced at the end of the appointment. Payments online are preferred and payment by instalment can be requested

Appointments generally last between 2.5 & 3 hours and I run appointments at 9:30am; 12:30pm or 3:30pm. Also prepared to work weekends and do zoom sessions in the early evening

About Cambridge Career Services
John Oehley is one of the Waikato's leading career advisors having worked in education for over forty years and as Director of his own private career counselling business for the past thirteen years. He has advised thousands of young adults as they progress from school to tertiary training and into the world of work. We specialise in one on one career planning. We investigate your values, both personal & work, your skills, your interests as well as using internationally recognised career assessments to help you self assess and discover what your "work drivers" are. Appointments are confidential and the process focusses on you the client. It is not a test/exam and there are not right/wrong answers. Former clients describe the process as enjoyable and enlightening. Every client will leave the appointment with several career directions to investigate before they spend any time, energy or money on further training. At the end of the appointment you will be given a comprehensive report plus copies of all working documents and suggestions as to where & how to access accurate career information. My system is geared to be face to face or via Zoom if a personalised meeting is not possible due to distance/lockdowns.
