“The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! Staff were rude, uninterested in helping me or providing a solution to my problem, and had a don’t care attitude!! I had to get the POLICE involved to get the product I ordered that they refused to give me!! I will NEVER NEVER EVER EVER go back there!! My advice: go elsewhere or contact Spark online. The call centre staff were lovely and tried to find a solution for me by calling the store, to no avail. Steer clear of them!!”
“they put a new element in our hot water cylinder but left without turning on the solar water again...result is 1 year pump running dry so the bearings are shot and no solar heated water for the whole year, now expensive to fix after they stuffed up”

Then I get the bill... $132.54 including CFPW House call fee whiteware minimum charge for $113.00. Nobody communicated it upfront, saw that first on the bill. I definitely do not recommend this Supplier. They definitely need to improve in the communication. Also, just called admin, explained how I feel and they just did nothing.
