“Threatens customers for missed appointments and stalks them to find out their place of work. Highly unproffessional.”
“They use NZ Post - known for it's ill-reputation of poor communication, incompetent staff and delivering to the wrong address. After making a correction to my address, NZ Post was still failing to deliver the items. When I went to P&C for help, they took the side of the courier company rather than see the problem for what it was - a now correct address but still no delivery or means to collect the items. This is terrible customer service, and using NZ Post is asking for trouble. Shop elsewhere.”
“For some reason the person delivering circulars to our house thinks we need 3-6 copies of the same circular every week”
“Excellent service and good pricing. Great communication.”
