“Number 8 dryer didn't dry the clothes at all ,was still damp... even tho we had the settings at high temp and was on for half an hour.”
“They use NZ Post - known for it's ill-reputation of poor communication, incompetent staff and delivering to the wrong address. After making a correction to my address, NZ Post was still failing to deliver the items. When I went to P&C for help, they took the side of the courier company rather than see the problem for what it was - a now correct address but still no delivery or means to collect the items. This is terrible customer service, and using NZ Post is asking for trouble. Shop elsewhere.”
