Nestled in the heart of Wellington, Allied Lubricants has been a trusted beacon of excellence within the petrol and oil industry since 2013. Our humble beginnings were rooted in a shared passion for efficient fueling solutions and top-tier lubricant technologies. Over the years, we've grown from a local startup into an established provider of Mobil products, offering distribution, consulting, and technical support services to our valued clients. At Allied Lubricants, we don't just sell petrol and oil; we forge lasting partnerships built on mutual trust, respect, and shared ambition. Our team is a dynamic blend of dedicated professionals who are not only experts in their respective fields but also deeply invested in ensuring the success of each client. We take pride in offering tailored solutions that cater to the unique needs of every business, be it a bustling city garage or an expansive industrial facility. But we're more than just numbers and technical jargon. At our core, we are a team of real people, fueled by a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of those around us. We go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service, providing our clients with personalized oil analysis services and ongoing support that helps them optimize their performance and minimize downtime. Our story is one of resilience, innovation, and unwavering commitment to quality. As we continue to grow and evolve, our mission remains steadfast: to be the go-to source for all things petrol and oil in Wellington and beyond. Excellent service
“Arrived as per booked time polite friendly intro and got straight to work. Had everything he needed was in and out quickly and left everything as it was clean and tidy”
Bad
“Des carries out work that is outside his expertise and without the home owner's consent. Des does not clean up after the job is completed as a result you have concrete rubble all over your place. ”
Horrible. Awful
“The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! Staff were rude, uninterested in helping me or providing a solution to my problem, and had a don’t care attitude!! I had to get the POLICE involved to get the product I ordered that they refused to give me!! I will NEVER NEVER EVER EVER go back there!! My advice: go elsewhere or contact Spark online. The call centre staff were lovely and tried to find a solution for me by calling the store, to no avail. Steer clear of them!!”
Bad
“Don’t share any personal information with them. There was a serious breach of privacy resulting in an official ID document being publicly avaiable on their website.”
