Steve has picked up many minor issues with our fleet, which I doubt others would have. His advice has saved us plenty over the years, by avoiding issues in advance. He and his team are thorough. They don't just fix what appears to be broken, they check out why and how, then advise. 10/10”
Terrible service and poor quality shoes.
“I bought a $300 pair of leather boots from taylors. after wearing them occasionally to work (in an office) a few times per week they have completely worn through the sole and are leaking water. I returned them to taylors to request either the shoes are repaired or a refund.I was told they had to be sent to Richmond so the owner could assess them..many days later I received a very rude phone call from Craig tailor who accused me of lying about how often I wear them and what activities I used them”
