No service, no response...

You must check the product you ordered during pickup. I ordered a bed and on assembly, found paint scratches and a wooden strip shorter than others. Contacted them and I am still waiting for a response. I had to drive all the way to the collection centre to change for a wooden strip. Paint flaw? Forget it, you are on your own !
